Cha Bar, brought to you by Cha Da Cup, is a distinctive and engaging catering service designed for cha enthusiasts. Our skilled baristas ensure that guests at your event can savor freshly brewed, warm cha just the way it should be – rich, authentic, and delightful. This service is ideal for various occasions such as parties, weddings, corporate events, and more, promising a delightful and unique experience that's a true hit with cha lovers.
Cha bar with barista(s) is available for up to 4 hours or until your cha runs out, whatever comes first.
Yes, you can get the service for longer, there is an additional charge of $50 per hour and it's also recommended to get extra servings.
The first 25km of travel comes free! After 25km we charge $1.00/km to and from each event. If your event is far away please get in touch so we can provide a quote.
No, we do not serve alcohol.

Reservation
Feel free to either fill out our booking inquiry form or send an email to ik@chadacup.com. Our team will assist you with information on availability and pricing. We'll collaborate with you to customize our services to meet your event requirements.
To ensure availability for your desired date, we recommend booking the Cha Bar as soon as possible. Especially during Busy season (Summer)! We will get fully booked very quick. We typically suggest booking at least min. 4 weeks in advance, but we understand that plans can change and will do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible. We're thrilled to announce that we are now open for 2024 bookings! Don't hesitate to reach out to us through our booking inquiry form or by emailing ik@chadacup.com to reserve your spot.

Payment
A non-refundable of 50% deposit if booked 2+ weeks in advance.
Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer, credit card or a cheque. Please note that a 3% service charge will be added to the total invoice amount for payments made by credit card or cheque.
