Chai and cha both mean "tea." Chai is popular in some cultures, while cha is used in others. Same love for tea, just different names!

Cha Bar, brought to you by Cha Da Cup, is a distinctive and engaging catering service designed for cha enthusiasts. Our skilled baristas ensure that guests at your event can savor freshly brewed, warm cha just the way it should be – rich, authentic, and delightful. This service is ideal for various occasions such as parties, weddings, corporate events, and more, promising a delightful and unique experience that's a true hit with cha lovers.

Our mobile bars are perfect for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, showers, festivals, pop-ups, and private parties. Whether you’re looking for a cozy chai experience, a specialty espresso station, or a fun hot chocolate bar, we bring the drinks, equipment, and expertise to make your event memorable.

Our service is based on the number of servings once all the servings you’ve ordered are served, the chai service will end. The 3-4-hour time frame is there to handle bigger groups or if more servings are needed.

Yes, you can get the service for longer, there is an additional charge of $150 per hour and it's also recommended to get extra servings.

No, we do not serve alcohol.

We bring Cha Da Cup to events across Toronto, Mississauga, Kitchener, Markham, and the GTA. 

We focus on high-quality, authentic drinks and a visually engaging experience. From traditional masala chai crafted with care, to specialty espresso drinks made by skilled baristas, and rich hot chocolate with customizable toppings, we deliver more than beverages—we deliver an experience that your guests will remember.

Yes! We provide custom branding and signage options for corporate events, product launches, or promotional events. Your company logo and messaging can be featured alongside our drinks to make a cohesive and professional experience.

Yes! We offer milk alternatives such as oat, almond, soy, and coconut. We can also adjust sweetness.

Yes. We bring compostable cups and all the necessary equipment. Reusable cups or branded merchandise can be included upon request.

FAQs

Event Setup & Logistics

We typically require around 6x6 feet of space for the small bar setup and 8x6 feet for the large bar. For multiple bars, we’ll coordinate with you to make the layout efficient and visually appealing.

Access to power is preferred, especially for espresso and hot chocolate equipment. For outdoor events without easy access, we can bring  generators to ensure seamless service. 

Setup usually takes 45–60 minutes before service begins. Teardown is quick and efficient, typically complete within 30–45 minutes after the event ends.

No problem! We can set up under tents or covered areas to keep drinks hot and your guests comfortable. We’ll coordinate contingency plans with you ahead of time. 

The first 25km of travel comes free! After 25km we charge $1.50/km to and from each event. If your event is far away please get in touch so we can provide a quote.

Reservation

Feel free to either fill out our booking inquiry form. Our team will assist you with information on availability and pricing. We'll collaborate with you to customize our services to meet your event requirements.

To ensure availability for your desired date, we recommend booking the Cha Bar as soon as possible. Especially during Busy season (Summer)! We will get fully booked very quick. We typically suggest booking at least min. 4 weeks in advance, but we understand that plans can change and will do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible. We're thrilled to announce that we are now open for 2026 bookings! Don't hesitate to reach out to us through our booking inquiry form or by emailing ik@chadacup.com to reserve your spot.

The cost of the Cha Bar service can vary depending on factors such as the number of guests, the duration of the event, and any additional customization or add-ons. Payment

A non-refundable of 50% deposit if booked 2+ weeks in advance.

Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer, credit card or a cheque. Please note that a 3.5% service charge will be added to the total invoice amount for payments made by credit card or cheque.
